Cannot recommend Katie, Martin and the team highly enough. Firstly they're absolutely lovely to deal with and were super accommodating in respect to our different requests. Martin was the main lead in respect to painting our property. His attention to detail was fantastic and his desire to explain his processes across the different work being done was incredibly reassuring and meant that we felt completely comfortable at all points with the work being done. Absolute A*

My experience with Katie has been excellent. Katie first sent out Martin to have a look at the property. While he was here he even gave a few ideas which we took (& love the result). Katie sent a quote & booked in Hayley & Adrien for the job. The whole job took about a week to complete & both Hayley and Adrien stuck to the timelines. They even very kindly accepted to fill up a chase in the wall (something we hadn't discussed initially). They left the place spotless. I was working from home while they were here & I wasn't disrupted at all. Overall a great experience 10/10 would book again.

Katie was easy to communicate with prior to the job and on the day. She was friendly and approachable and she engaged with our daughter as well. The work was of high quality and there was no mess left afterwards. Would highly recommend.

What can I say about this service? I do live in London but on a single income so was worried about costs and service fees as I simply do not have time to decorate myself as a busy working single parent So nervously I contacted a few local businesses and Katie’s business were the only one to respond. Katie sent Martin out to my house who looks after some of the London projects . He was not only fair and friendly but clearly wasn’t here to rip me off wanted my home to look good after a difficult time couldn’t have been happier . Martin is a legend . Best service ever . They do care . Really
