My toilet was failing to flush properly. Keith & Alec found the problem & fixed it quickly, to the highest standard and at a reasonable cost.

My toilet was not flushing properly. Keith responded quickly and diagnosed the problem. Unbelievable as it may seem, the original plumbing was so inept that the outflow was tilting upwards. To correct the problem, Keith and Alec raised the level of the toilet to allow the waste pipe to discharge properly. The work was carried out promptly, to a high standard and at a reasonable cost. I am delighted with Keith & Alec's work.
