After returning from holiday, we found the water from the tank in the loft to be a mere dribble. We had to fill the toilet cistern with a watering can in order to use the toilet and there was very little water coming from the wash basin and bath taps. Keith identified that the issue was with the in line gate valves. He replaced these and also fitted a new inlet valve and syphon to the toilet cistern. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and fitted the parts without leaving any mess. We have no hesitation in recommending Kasko Multitrade Services and would use them again in the future.
