1 Boiler Repair

We had asked the company to come out and have a look at our boiler and booked in a time. They had said it would be within a 3 hour timeslot. Unfortunately they did not show up at all that day and we have had no communication or explanation since. You are very wrong on this!. We never promised coming without a call out fee. I am very sure you didn't agree to pay the call out fee. Please do not discredit companies unnecessarily. Kindly remove this message very unfair. We have good ratings!
