Excellent customer service from quotation and scheduling the date, through to the work carried out on the day. Arrived on time, lots of communication to let us know what they were doing and tidied up all the mess before they left.

Appointment made for survey very quickly and job done within days, very professional and efficient.

Due to delays on our part, there was a long gap between initial quotation and execution of the job. Karnheath were helpful throughout this delay and once we were ready to have the work done it was completed promptly and satisfactorily.

When having an extension on our property the builder noted there was no insulation in the cavity on one side of the house. After contacting Karnheath, a survey was done within a few days and a quote provided. They were flexible to arrange the work to be carried out and was done within the timeframe quoted.

Although only a small job two very pleasant workers turned up promptly and were very efficient and polite. Used shoe covers as we had just had new carpets laid and did the job quickly and with no fuss. Invited me into the loft to check the work and also took photos. Excellent experience and would happily use them again
