Karly replaced the glass door panel and cleaned up well. She even made the door easier to open!

I posted the job at 6:00am Karly contacted me at 6:40am he arranged to attend at 7pm the same day. He temporarily fixed the problem with a handle in stock ordered a new handle and returned the following week to complete the job.

Karly Glaze responded to my enquiry & came and checked the problems with the leaks in my conservatory. There was no call out charge and an estimation was given for the work and what’s included. Karly came back a couple of times to do different parts of the job, taking into account my schedule. He even worked in the pouring rain, not to let me down on completing the job. I also got some additional work done to ensure external water drains efficiently to prevent further leaking. Karly was friendly, approachable and professional. A gem of a personality too and I would use his services again.

Absolutly brilliant. Karley arrived on time, professional, equipped and was a joy to have in the house working on 3x windows that needed some TLC. Excellent workmanship, excellent communication and 'bedside manner'. Highly recommended.
