Job location: IP12Prompt response to enquiry. Telephone arrangement for replacement of 16-year old shower pump made with e-mail quotation and request for deposit to cover cost of new pump. Work carried out by polite and cheerful plumber who cleared up after him. Shower working well now!- LLinda V
