  Fixing some plumbing issues within my nursery

  We experienced fantastic, professional service from the initial visit for a quote to the completion of the work. The communication was exceptional, and we were kept informed throughout the process. The job was completed swiftly and cleanly. Phil was wonderful with the children who were curious about his work, taking the time to engage with them.   Fixing a leaking toilet cistern

  I called Phil to replace a leaking toilet cistern inlet valve which, to his credit, he promptly did; he also replaced the flush valve, which made sense to do while working on the cistern. However, the newly fitted flush valve was now leaking. Despite a number of attempts to do so, I was unable to get Phil to come back and rectify the issue and finally ended up paying another plumber to sort out the leaking flush valve that Phil had fitted. So a few points for fixing the initial issue and being a friendly chap, but minus lots of points for causing another problem and failing to fix it!

  Loose and leaking kitchen pillar tap

  As requested Phil came and advised that a new tap was required. He gave us a reasonable quote and has now fitted the new tap. We are very satisfied with all aspects of his work and would not hesitate to use him again.

  Weeping feed to toilet

  Phil attended my home at short notice and fixed the problem on that first visit. I can't tell you how very grateful I am for his reliable service. Especially during a stressful time when my husband was in hospital. What a relief to find a plumber who didn't let me down. Thanks again. S Nash
