Momchil (K&S Services) did a really good job of turning a difficult alcove into a functioning cabinet and set of shelves. He has transformed the space, whilst still providing access to the waste pipes that run below the cabinet with a liftable base - great problem solving. Would recommend.

K&S Services have completed a number of projects for us including retiling a summerhouse, fixing leaks in the roof, replacing decking and insulating a porch. All projects were completed to a high standard at reasonable prices and were very well managed. I have no reservation in recommending K&S Services

Momchil fitted a new loft ladder and surround. He arrived on time, worked quickly and kept the area clean and tidy, I was kept informed of the progress of the work at all times, I am really happy with how this turned out.

What a pleasure to find a reliable, talented and reasonable trades person! My only regret is not meeting Momchil sooner, I would have saved myself so much heartache wasted on traders! Would one million times recommend!

Very professional and clear with the work that was needed to cut and fix the skirting to the wall and then also gave options as to what can be done if we needed anything specific. Was very prompt and worked hard and always kept me up to date with the work

Momchil built a custom garden office for us. He has really paid attention to detail of what we've asked for, guided us on making decisions on things that needed adapting to during building. They levelled out the ground, built a wooden frame, put up insulated walls and ceiling, put in doors/windows, exterior composite cladding, installed power + data, plastered the walls, laminate flooring, installed air con + heat pump unit. Thanks for all the hard work! Would recommend and use again!
