Really disappointing experience. They initially called to let me know that the edging hadn’t arrived and said it would be sorted by Tuesday however no one turned up and I wasn’t even informed. I had to chase them myself, only to be told they were ill and someone would come the following week. Again, no one showed up, and no communication was given. If they didn’t want to do the job, it would have been far more professional to just be honest rather than wasting my time and making me stay at home for nothing. I would not recommend based on this experience.

On time in budget as quoted. Amiable blokes, did a bit extra at no charge. Cleared up the waste. Happy with their work

Arrived late vehicle full of rubbish.Removed pampas but no time to clear debris left over garden. Wanted stepping stones in lawn but was coerced into having larger slabs as told would be better. Badly laid slabs sloped towards sleeper/flower bed, when wet earth seeps out from gap now left under sleeper because of slope. Poorly laid out of level. Wrought iron bird feeding station broken. Rushed job and no time left to clear up. Have now engaged another workman to lay proper path with slabs. Reported to firm said would contact me after holiday but have not done so. Paid before realised problems
