  I contacted K&R late in the evening at approximately 11pm after unfortunately locking myself out of my property. From the initial point of contact, the service provided was both professional and reassuring. Despite the late hour, K&R attended the call promptly and arrived within 30 minutes, which was extremely impressive and greatly appreciated given the circumstances. The locksmith was thorough, knowledgeable, and conducted the work efficiently while ensuring everything was explained clearly throughout the process. I would not hesitate to recommend K&R to anyone requiring a reliable locksmith
