  Balcony had leaks going into basement and roof had leaks. Matt from K & M came out to quote me and later supplied me with all information and exactly what will be done. Work was carried out to a very good standard and now everything is leak free. With the system that was used to fix my issues came a 25 year guarantee. Very please with his work. Definitely will use their services again and definitely do recommend.
