  We (my family) have used Kris and the team twice now on two different houses (a full window refit and a porch extension), and its been a positive experience both times. On our initial consultation/quote, Kris listened to what we were after without any pushiness, upselling or "sales patter", just a straightfoward quote for a reasonable cost. Work was completed as scheduled, on time and by courtious fitters (one let my son wear his hardhat!). Any minor queries or issues were dealt with immediately and willingly with no fuss. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend 👍

  Couldn’t fault them

  K&M installs did an incredible job from start to finish, and completely exceeded my expectations at every stage. I actually initially only wanted one window done, but their prices were so good and they did such a good job that I had them back for more. I’ve already recommended them to my friends and colleagues.

  Glazing and doors through the house

  Kris and his team were excellent when they installed new glazing and doors throughout our home. They arrived promptly every morning and went straight to work, tidying up after themselves at the end of every day. The work itself was done to a high standard with no issues. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend K&M to anyone who needs glazing. Thanks

  Windows & Door Fitting

  The overall service from Kris and the team at K&M Installs was excellent. Communication was spot, call always answered and emails replied to very quickly and always turned up on time. The process for deciding on window and door types was very slick and Kris helped us chose what we needed. The fitters were also excellent, they did a really lovely job, they were also very polite and clean and tidy. I would highly recommend this company.

  I have found they are professional and courteous, respond quickly if contacted and prepared to make sure everything is done to a high standard. They have kept to schedules we have agreed and turn up when they say they will turn up. And they clean up after they have finished!
