  Installing complete heating systems and bathrooms in 3 new 5 bedroom build 5 bed houses

  We first employed Kris in 2021 to design and install a complete heating system in a high spec luxury 5 bedroom house we were building in Coulsdon. The heating system employed underfloor heating on the ground, first and second floor and Kris was responsible for laying all the underfloor pipework and testing it thoroughly.. Kris advised a Vaillant boiler. We also asked Kris to take responsiblity for installing 4 toilets, 3 showers , 1 bath and 3 vanity units. Kris did an excellent job on all aspects of the job and so we asked him to repeat his work for 2 more new build houses in 2022 and 2023.

  Fitting a new gas boiler and valves, plus rerouting copper tubing for new kitchen

  Kris was punctual, polite and hardworking. He was confident and knowledgeable. The work was reasonably priced compared to other local gas worker installers. He is also a qualified plumber, which was a bonus because he was able to do small plumbing jobs for me as well. I would highly recommend Kris as a good gas installer and plumber. He was also very easy to contact and communicate with, which is important as some workmen do not respond quickly to queries.

  Boiler installation and central heating upgrade

  Kris has done a fantastic job installing a new boiler and pressurised cylinder in the house. The whole house is warm and all works very well. Kris was also able to register the extended warranty for the boiler - great bonus!

  Kris is very thorough with the checks and makes sure that we are ready for winter months. You can count on his expertise and advice to get the central heating system work to its best capacity.
