The paving itself was completed to a decent standard, but the company has proved really unreliable. Once payment was made, communication stopped and the smaller finishing jobs were left incomplete. They only attempted to respond much later, by which point it was too late. The initial telephone conversation went well enough. Arranged a date for Kieran to turn up, to give a quote. Nobody from K&G turned up at all, with no phone call prior to this. I waited 30 minutes, then texted. No reply. Waited another 30 minutes, then tried ringing. This went to Voicemail. After 7 hours, I emailed to ask why no one turned up or answered my text and phone call. I have waited a week, yet no reply or explanation. Kieran and his team from k&g landscaping stepped in to rescue us after some unprofessional builders left us in an absolute mess just weeks before Christmas. I can't thank Keran and teammate enough, the driveway is exactly how we wanted it and the attention to detail is second to none. They turned up every day when they said they would until the job was complete. I will definitely be calling on Kieran if I ever need any work doing in the future and I can't recommend him enough.
