Great workmanship, communication and solutions

The tiling on the floor was extended under the unit. The unit was adjusted to make removal easier whenever access to the boiler is required, the boiler being positioned to the side of the unit and under a permanent kitchen counter.

From the first day Tanner came to look at the damaged ceiling he was very friendly and generous with his time. He offered so much advice to help us with making a decision on exactly what work we wanted to have done. When planning the work he was very quick to reply to messages and communicated quickly. During the two days working he was just as friendly and gave thorough advice and tips on what we will need to do when decorating. Whilst the job wasn’t a huge one, the result looks very good. I’d definitely recommend and will keep his details for any future work we need doing on our house.

We had a new fence supplied and fitted as well as one panel having to be cut to size and finished the same as the others so it matched. A new gate which again had to be altered along with the posts and fixings. Very pleased with the finished result and the price. The old fence was cleared away along with the posts and was very pleased with the with the advice given.for the.work

We hired Kanat Building Services to plaster a kitchen wall that should have been done prior to our new kitchen being fitted. Kanat were able to plaster around our kitchen units, including some tight and small spaces, and behind a fridge. Very professional and we're pleased with the outcome. We went from Kanat visiting the site to actually having the plastering done within a week. Really impressed with the speedy service. Would recommend!

Taner was really accommodating, he completed the work very quickly and to a high standard. He was very kind to the customer who is elderly and had been poorly treated by the first workman. Highly recommend.
