Karl and the lads completed a range of work at my house including replacing joists, damp proofing and fitting a kitchen. Communication was efficient, work was done quickly, especially as it was the lead up to Xmas and nothing was too much. Very fairly priced and would highly recommend for any work needed!

Reached out to K A metcalfe building a couple of weeks ago regarding some structural work, Karl arranged to visit site a couple of days later. After talking through the require work Karl put me in touch with and architect who drew up the plan and submitted this to building control. Given the green light a couple of days later Karl and his team began work putting in the steel bean and demolishing the current wall. Finished the job in two days removing the rubbish and leaving a great open plan space. Very happy with the finish and value for money. Will be using them again.

The Builders were reliable, attended when they said they would, worked extremely hard all day whilst here, were able to perform a wide range of tasks and the end product is not only life transforming, but has been completed to a high specification. Their prices were reasonable and I would highly recommend them.

We hired Karl and team to build a brand-new extension with kitchen-diner, flat roof and sky lights plus a refurb of the ground floor of our old farmhouse. We used Karl and his team to convert our conservatory into a room we could use all year round. Communication was outstanding from the beginning and we were kept informed of it's progress throughout. The team arrived on time every day, were polite and tidied up after themselves. The work was carried out to a very high standard and we would definitely use the company again. Would highly recommend.
