K.A.L. are one of those rare services that seems to be disappearing in this country. A company that does what they say they will do, at the time they say they will be there, at the price they quoted. Not only that, Natalie in the office and Ash the engineer were so friendly, cheerful and professional at all times. They answered any questions I had with honesty aand promptly. Ash arrived at 8.45am, as promised and was so respectful of our dogs and home. He worked with no disturbance to us and also very tidy and thorough. Huge thanks to Ash and Natalie the ones you can trust

Really recommend this company. The engineer let me know when he was due to arrive. He was polite, lovely to talk too. He serviced the boiler and made no mess. Would defiantly use again.
