Would highly recommend! I’m delighted with the extension that the KAD Build team built. From the start I was given a very clear quote, broken done into stages that, as a layman, I could easily understand with a clear payment schedule. Throughout the project, if the work schedule needed to be adapted, I was given clear updates. The guys were also happy to advise and help source materials when I wasn’t sure what was best. Super easy to work with.

I was incredibly grateful to have been recommended KAD-Build for my porch. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, multi-skilled and friendly. From the start they were always willing to listen to and answer my questions, offer valuable advice and suggestions. The build took longer than we all expected due to the weather and a major supply problem with the cladding I wanted. They used their own electrician, plasterer and roofer. It is because of their eye for detail and their dedication for perfection that I have no hesitation in recommending KAD-build.

It was a real joy to work with Dean & Soave. They were very professional, thorough, attentive and hard working. They brought with them a very positive and flexible “can do” attitude which made all the difference particularly as clients we changed our mind a few times. They take real pride and care in their work producing high quality results. They were genuinely committed to our project, always responsive and open to finding solutions to any challenges that appeared (which is quite common in old buildings). 'We thoroughly recommend the KAD-BUILD team. They built a new porch and arranged and coordinated the replacement of all our roof tiles for us. We are very pleased with the end result and they were always a pleasure to deal with. During the build process they overcame several logistical barriers without causing us stress and did their utmost to make things as easy as possible for ourselves. We chose KAD build to construct our double storey extension. Dean and Keith showed a great level of understanding and commitment to the build, with Dean happy to fully project manage every aspect. KAD build were also very competitive in their job estimates, with Dean happy to work on the costing to fit our budget. Communication between us was constant, where we were always given great info on build progress and schedules. All build challenges were met head on by Dean. KAD build done a great job of getting our extension completed to the highest standard, on time and within our budget.
