We had a great experience with KA Contractors and would highly recommend them. They replaced our shower pump & were extremely thorough, taking the time to properly assess both the plumbing and electrical aspects. They identified issues that had previously been missed and explained everything clearly. The work was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard, they ensured everything was safe and fully operational before leaving. Really pleased with the work carried out by KA. It was hard to find someone willing to investigate multiple issues with underfloor heating + heat pumps, but they took on the job and on their first visit they were able to diagnose all the problems and address some. They had to come 3x to resolve everything (electrical, pipes, system, etc.), replaced some parts and charged a fair price for the job. Would use them again and recommend to others.
