  Front drive and back patio

  Refurbishment of a whole house with internal structural changes

  We recently worked with Kaca Construction and were thoroughly impressed. Their professionalism was evident in their clear, detailed quote and meticulous planning. The team was highly efficient, punctual, and demonstrated excellent time management throughout. When we discovered a new steel beam was needed after removing a wall, Elson managed to have it delivered and installed the next day—an incredible display of responsiveness. Their ability to adapt to changes while maintaining quality made the process smooth. I highly recommend them for their expertise and reliability.

  Loft conversion

  Elson and his team were excellent and would highly recommend. They built a loft extension containing a bedroom, walk-in wardrobe, and bathroom within the expected completion time. I had only seen reviews online. However, from first meeting Elson and Edmund it was clear they were very knowledgeable and receptive. Their roofing work was superb. In fact the building inspector told me afterwards it was"the best he had seen". Nothing was too much trouble and all of Elson's team were very skilled. Aftercare was excellent as well, e.g Elson came back to modify fire doors and other little bits.

  Loft conversion & ground floor extension

  I would recommend Kaca construction all day long. Elson and his team are very friendly and extremely professional. They compliment the project within the timescale and the original quote. The project went off without a hitch and with little disruption as possible. The whole team is, professional, friendly, very knowledgeable and value for money. Thank you Kaca Construction 🙏🏽
