Kris was fantastic, he was very quick to respond and get us booked in. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and the work is faultless. Highly recommended.

Kris responded quickly to my request,he came to do site visit the very next day and sent me a quote that evening. Kris explained what work needed and carried out the work very efficiently. He left our home clean and tidy after he had completed the work. We are happy and will ask him back in near future to carry out some other jobs. Thank you Kris.

Kris provided an excellent service. He surveyed our panels and discovered a catalogue of errors. He wrote a detailed report that we can use to seek repairs and he agreed to support us in dealing with the company.

After a power cut my inverter would make a clicking noise in the morning. After Kris made contact with me he talked me through lots of information and asked me to send over a video. He quickly called back and reassured me that he believed everything was fine and to keep an eye on it over the weekend sending him more videos. I'm so grateful to Kris for giving up his time and knowledge. His aim was to sort the problem without me having to pay for someone to come out. (Which most other companies wanted) I would 100% recommend KAA and will be using them again in the future.

I called Chris on a Saturday night for an emergency situation at my home in Thanet. Chris came out immediately-1 hour drive for him- fixed the issue incredibly professionally and efficiently - and when I paid him he even handed me back some of my money - I can tell you his kindness nearly brought me to tears. I would absolutely recommend this company and will be storing Chris’ number for future business.

Kris replied to my request to replace light fitting almost immediately, sent a photo, he quoted and came next morning (on a Sunday-how amazing) to replace fitting. We are new to the area so do not know any trades people and Kris was such a wonderful man. Very tidy and courteous. Would definitely use again and have no hesitation in recommending. Thank you Kris.
