Having been contacted swiftly by ???? from KAA I was very pleased to hear he would be on his way within 2 hours. I was delighted when he arrived well within in the time scale. I found him very professional, polite and dealt with the job without any fuss. Most of all I felt confident that he knew what he was doing and understand what he was telling me. I would not hesitate in contacting this company again, if needed in the future.

This company was efficient and friendly. The new alarm was fitted with speed and accuracy and my home environment was fully respected. I was given a complete explanation of how my new alarm worked and I felt safe and secure at all times. I have no hesitation in describing them as professional and thorough and would recommend them to other householders.

KAA had ordered a new Iboost for us and came to fit it. However when they checked our equipment they showed that the Iboost was working and the problem was with the immersion heater, which they quickly put right, and didn't charge us for the Iboost, just a much smaller amount for fixing the immersion heater.

Kris was fantastic, he was very quick to respond and get us booked in. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and the work is faultless. Highly recommended.

Kris responded quickly to my request,he came to do site visit the very next day and sent me a quote that evening. Kris explained what work needed and carried out the work very efficiently. He left our home clean and tidy after he had completed the work. We are happy and will ask him back in near future to carry out some other jobs. Thank you Kris.
