Great electrician. Responded very quickly and work completed to high standard in less than 24 hours. Will certainly use in the future!

KAA had ordered a new Iboost for us and came to fit it. However when they checked our equipment they showed that the Iboost was working and the problem was with the immersion heater, which they quickly put right, and didn't charge us for the Iboost, just a much smaller amount for fixing the immersion heater.

Kris was fantastic, he was very quick to respond and get us booked in. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and the work is faultless. Highly recommended.

Kris responded quickly to my request,he came to do site visit the very next day and sent me a quote that evening. Kris explained what work needed and carried out the work very efficiently. He left our home clean and tidy after he had completed the work. We are happy and will ask him back in near future to carry out some other jobs. Thank you Kris.

Kris provided an excellent service. He surveyed our panels and discovered a catalogue of errors. He wrote a detailed report that we can use to seek repairs and he agreed to support us in dealing with the company.

After a power cut my inverter would make a clicking noise in the morning. After Kris made contact with me he talked me through lots of information and asked me to send over a video. He quickly called back and reassured me that he believed everything was fine and to keep an eye on it over the weekend sending him more videos. I'm so grateful to Kris for giving up his time and knowledge. His aim was to sort the problem without me having to pay for someone to come out. (Which most other companies wanted) I would 100% recommend KAA and will be using them again in the future.
