  Needed more downstairs living space. Joe and the team designed and built a lovely extension on the back of my house. Very pleased with the end result.

  Joe and his team didn’t disappoint. They were great with communication and talked us through every stage. We were particularly impressed with how respectful they were of the neighbours, and as well as keeping the site really tidy at the end of each day. Nothing was too much trouble and we even added some extras on last minute which was never a problem.

  Quotation to build a single storey extension

  Initially Joe seemed polite and keen to quote for our project. We talked on the phone and scheduled an appointment. He then text a few days later to arrange an earlier date (the week before) which I agreed to. I left work 3 hours early unpaid to ensure I was on time for this meeting due to heavy traffic on the M5. After one hour of No call No show I asked him if he would be coming or not, he asked if he could come the following day instead. I gave him a time was available and again I had no reply and didn't show up. Also didn't show up to our original appointment time. Unreliable.

  Hi. I’m sorry you feel like this we pride ourselves on reliability and honesty. As you stated there was a accident on the motorway so i couldn’t get to you. And when i tried to contact to re arrange you had already instructed another builder.
