I commissioned JWW to carry out a 5kw black stylish air con unit in our extension. I’m typically a difficult customer that expect high standard when I don’t carry out work myself. Jack and team over exceeded on those terms Punctual, courteous, tidy, good prices for performance, good communication and ensuring all the way during installation that I’m happy with positioning etc … Trouble free experience and very happy

Jack was brilliant from start to finish. He helped scope the installation of two indoor units in our loft (plus the external unit) and gave clear advice throughout. The installation itself was thorough and professional — he navigated a couple of tricky routing and electrical challenges without any fuss, worked quickly, and kept everything tidy.
