I discovered a leak in my barhroom on a Sunday, JWR Plumbing contacted me really quickly about the job and come out the same day to assess the problem. After completi a tenporary fix to srop the leaks initially while waiting the parts needed, they arranged to come back a couple of says later and completed the job. I was really happy with the work.

Jamie had to reschedule a few times because of unexpected circumstances, but when he and his team did the work they were extremely good - they stayed on-site longer than expected and then came back the next day to finish off. The standard was very high and he made a point of checking we were happy with the work. We would definitely book him again.

Jamie’s a legend – Highly Recommended! We had all our radiators replaced in our very old house with a complicated plumbing setup, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Jamie responded to our request very quickly and got everything done to a really high standard. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain how our boiler works, showed us exactly where the water mains are, and even taught me how to turn off the water in case of an emergency. Very professional, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful!

JWR was really helpful and efficient. The work was carried out quickly and was fairly priced.

Absolute terrible service. Claims to be professional. Charged an extortionate amount of money for some minor jobs. Asked to fit a bath panel which was siliconed to a cupboard door meaning I couldn’t open the cupboard. Then the other side then half came away. Spent months trying to get this rectified. Chasing - false promises - waiting in all day to be cancelled on last minute. Would not recommend at all.

I used Jamie back in March and left a 10/10 review — I thought he was a reliable, decent plumber. Something has clearly changed. He agreed to handle an insurance job after a small flood in my flat, but it was a complete shambles. He didn’t turn up when promised, the work he did was rushed and poor, and he walked away without finishing — meaning the insurer couldn’t pay him in full. He admitted the job wasn’t good enough and that he wouldn’t accept it in his own home. His attitude was careless and unprofessional. I could go into more detail, but I’ve already wasted enough time on this façade.
