  Joe and his team were outstanding. As a first-time buyer taking on a major renovation on my own, Joe made the whole process clear, calm and transparent. Communication was outstanding and he went above and beyond when dealing with external providers like Southern Water. All of my neighbours asked for his number and commented on how polite, knowledgeable, and helpful he and the team were. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the craftsmanship. Eight months on site and the project came in on budget. Highly recommended.

  Preparing wall to mount new TV.

  Bathroom

  Installed a new bathroom suite I got Joe and JWR to redo my bathroom after the extension was done. I did not know really why I wanted but Joe took the time out to go through a different options and different designs and was incredibly insightful and his advice of actually going to stores and looking at what I wanted and looking on the Internet was so right and the result of my bathroom is fantastic thanks once again Joe And the JWR team.

  Extension

  This is the second time I've used Joe and JWR I first employed them to do a patio at the back of my garden to catch the Sun for summer evenings. They done such an amazing job and at the time I was considering doing an extension and spoke to Joe he put me in contact with his architect who took me through the planning Stages and then I handed the drawings to Joe plus a couple of other builders for quotes Joe came in the middle of all the quotes. Onto the extension, it was a rear edition single extension with bifold doors and two roof lights and a log burner to turn my living room into a big open

  Kitchen Floor/ Patio

  Installing new floor in kitchen and patio area This was a small little Job for Joe and team. I wanted the original floor in my kitchen replaced for a luxury vinyl the team coming in remove the old floor put down new underlay and then install my new flooring adjusting the pelvic on my on my kitchen as well. They was in and out in a day and done a fantastic job. They didn't proceeded to do my patio area at the back of my property as it's a Suntrap incredibly efficient, fantastic work standards and incredibly friendly and have already enjoyed the area this summer

  Plastering to extension.

  Joe at JWR Plastering was excellent from start to finish on our extension project. He turned up bang on time and caried out the work with minimal fuss or intrusion. He actually finished ahead of schedule, left our house spotlessly clean, and the workmanship was second to none. Would and will happily recommend
