  Fix a leaky corner of a conservatory and replace two sides of roof with new beans, felt and slates

  John was extremely quick to respond to my job enquiry and came to quote the next available day. Due to issues with the roof next to the conservatory, more work was required than we thought as parts of main roof was rotten which was cause of the issue in the conservatory and other areas. John and his team are excellent workers, polite, cleaned up and a genuine delight to have doing the job. John is even coming back to finish off some work in the conservatory that required the inside box to be dried out for which we are very grateful.

  Very good services. John came and replaced a section of guttering on the rear elevation. Looks a good job. Now we will have to wait for the rain to find out if successful

  Roof repair and chimney repoint

  The work completed on our roof and chimney appears to be of a very good standard and we’re happy with the quality and efficiency of the team. However, the experience during the process was less positive. After the initial £1,250 quote, additional issues were raised once work began and a revised quote of £5,500 plus the original cost was presented. We felt under pressure to make quick decisions and the negotiation process was uncomfortable. Payment was also requested to a personal bank account. Overall, excellent workmanship but a pressured sales approach.

  They came when they said they would. The job turned out to be bigger than anticipated but extremely happy with the work carried out. Would strongly recommend this firm!
