Quick to respond to request. Very professional and arranged a visit quickly to provide a quote. Kept informed of what was being done with photos as videos from the roof to make sure we understood. Scope and quote did increase as other issues were found after starting the work but this was all explained and agreed. All major works completed within the day and tidied up. He was courteous and professional, and arranged to visit within a few hours to assess the issue. Price and work was agreed. John communicated well using the CheckaTrade app and WhatsApp. Overall, JW Roofline were quick, efficient and hardworking. The scope and price of the job increased due to further issues being found during the job which needed rectifying. Price for works completed were reasonable and within range.
