Failed to attend booked appointment to view/quote job. Didn't bother to let me know. I happened to check myself and apparently there was something wrong with his van when I messaged 1 hour before appointment time but no attempt made to contact me. Won't be using him. Doesn't bode well for making appointments in future or communication with customers.

I understand your frustration however when you phoned me at 9am on the Saturday morning in question I was busy phoning garages trying to get a mechanic look have a look at my van.
Our scheduled appointment for a view/quote (10am) had slipped my mind unfortunately.
I work very hard to keep my customers happy and pride myself on having a great rating on Checkatrade. I try my best to keep everyone happy and content at these challenging times.
