Norbert was extremely communicative and reliable from the outset. He was transparent about costs of materials and flexible on approaching certain tasks (eg colour matching where touch ups only required). Norbert painted the best part of 5 rooms for us. He kept his workspaces tidy and was extremely efficient, completing everything in the timeframe agreed to a very professional standard.
