We had an emergency where we needed JWO Heating to come and fix an issue with our boiler system as soon as possible. We had no heating and it was freezing. We went through the issue over a video call and JWO came the next day and fixed it. Very accommodating, a great price, great service. Highly recommended.

Jack did my annual boiler service. He was very professional, reliable and even explained what the parts/functions of my boiler did. Will defo use again!

Jack is friendly, courteous and nice to talk to. He had to troubleshoot the reason why my boiler pressure was not going down, which required ruling out various causes before eventually coming to the final conclusion. He also readjusted a boiler pipe for me so that a board can cover the pipework. He visited the property 3 times in total. I would recommend him.
