We called Jack for an emergency leak in our kitchen and got so much help and support over the phone. Just genuine honest advice and lots of guidance. Instead of doing an emergency call out, we were advised how to fix the issue ourselves to avoid paying a fee. Jack and his assistant worked efficiently and tidily. Communication prior to the job was excellent. The job was completed to an excellent level as considerable care taken during construction.
