Quick response & came quickly to fix the issue of my back door not locking - really helpful

My UPVC back door wouldn't open. JW Locksmiths responded very quickly and were able to come and sort it out straight away. George was great at communicating his ETA and explained very clearly what the issue was once he'd investigated and was able to do the repair easily. I was very happy with the service and cost and will be using them again if needed.

Contacted them, because our bifold would no longer close. After sending them a couple of pictures, they came back to us and within less than an hour they were able to come around, and they sorted out issue in no time. Amazing service and very friendly.

Jack informed me what was wrong with the window lock after sending photos and a video and gave a quote for repair. Jack and his apprentice arrived on time and completed the job quickly. A great service, would definitely recommend.
