Paul and his colleague came round to replace our door lock and put a "London Bar" on our door to reinforce it. They were great, friendly and very informative - answered every question dad and I had. Great people, great service, would recommend to anyone, they know their trade.

They found the problem with the window jam and continued to make sure the window could be securely closed afterwards as it was slightly damaged from me trying to open it myself.

Very quick at communicating. Was the only response back out of other companies suggesting to visit next day to assess it first rather than assume and put a quote together. This shows their expertise and experience. George was lovely and explained to me the cause to the issues. He went around to look at a couple of other handles and locks I had small issues with and fixing was not an issue. He tested out my window issue so many times and was not going to stop until he was satisfied that the issue was fixed. Great service, speedy communicating, and did a great job all round. Highly recommended.

2 windows fixed and oiled and door handle fixed. All efficiently done. Happy to work with them again.
