Right from the start Jordon was excellent with his communication skills, very prompt and professional. Fitted our carpet well in our bedroom that we are currently decorating (don’t worry, we put plastic sheeting down!) Would definitely recommend and use again.

Laminate fitted five years earlier started to lift in one room. JWL agreed to view the job and give an opinion re possible cause and how to fix. There was no pressure, explained to us there was an expansion problem. We agreed to replace, good price and straightforward plan, was fixed within weeks and were able to fit us into their busy schedule. Very happy with work and service.
