  Fitting of Handrail

  To enable my wife to be discharged from hospital, I required a handrail to be fitted to assist her mobility. Despite short notice, James answered my call and completed the work within 48 hours. He was understanding, sympathetic and reliable and I thank him for the work he carried out on my behalf.

  Balustrade bannister and wardrobe build

  The invoice that I received after the job was completed was approximately 50% more than the quote that I had accepted from James before starting the job. We had not agreed to this additional amount. After speaking with him to discuss this, I was threatened with legal action if I did not pay the additional amount over the quote, with no attempt at a resolution. Reliability was an issue with him not turning up when he said he would on occasion which was a inconvenience. The quality of the banister and wardrobe was acceptable.

  Custom built shelves for inside a large cupboard, plus fitted and sealed a cat flap.
