To enable my wife to be discharged from hospital, I required a handrail to be fitted to assist her mobility. Despite short notice, James answered my call and completed the work within 48 hours. The invoice that I received after the job was completed was approximately 50% more than the quote that I had accepted from James before starting the job. We had not agreed to this additional amount. After speaking with him to discuss this, I was threatened with legal action if I did not pay the additional amount over the quote, with no attempt at a resolution. Reliability was an issue with him not turning up when he said he would on occasion which was a inconvenience. I will phone on Monday. I've tried to respond but can't as there isn't enough carracters allowed. One thing I will say just now is that the client was over the moon with the job at the time
