Wonderful communication from start to finish. James provided us with different quotes (with and without additional services) at our request so we could figure out what was within our budget. Arrived promptly on the agreed date and even threw the ball for our dog who is terrified of both new people and ladders. Gutter cleaning completed to a high standard with a reduction to the agreed cost as it was not safe/appropriate for him to clean the full gutter due to damage. Gave us advice on what we needed to ask for when looking for someone to repair the gutter. Would strongly recommend!
