  Retarmacing around new drains.

  Came promptly in request to provide quotation. When delay in previous job caused a rescheduling for our job Jordon was very proactive in keeping me updated and arranged a new time very quickly. A good team who did a good job. Would strongly recommend.

  Block paving for use as a hard standing for car parking.

  Materials and equipment on site in good time so no hold ups. Plan of works was fully explained and updated daily. I was impressed with the labourers they were very friendly and informative. Asked for their work to be checked and put in a full day. Work was completed in 5 days. Work site left clean and tidy. I was very happy with the cost of the project and would certainly recommend J WELLS Construction.

  The building of raised beds, patios and pathways

  Jordan and his team built 2 patios, a small one and a larger one and also built a Horeshoe raised bed with a pathway around it for ease of access. The work undertaken was exemplary and Jordan was very committed and professional in his approach, offering advice and also working to create the areas of our garden we had envisage.   Remove lawn and replace with patio

  The work was carried out really well. Jordan made sure there was minimal disruption and mess as would need to go through the house due to there being no back gate, so put sheets down the whole way. The grass was removed and sleepers put in exactly how I wanted. Jordan discussed what style patio I wanted and found the best slabs to suit what I had requested. Really tidy job.   Concrete base removal

  J Wells Construction did an absolutely fantastic job! They were always on time and even started early to get the work done efficiently. Even with the unexpected challenge of clay underneath the concrete, they handled everything quickly and professionally. The team was incredibly friendly and maintained great communication throughout the entire process, keeping us informed at every stage. Despite the necessary price increase due to the unforeseen ground conditions, everything was explained clearly and fairly. Couldn't be happier with the quality of work—highly recommend them!
