  Ground floor extension in New Malden

  We hired JW Construction & Civil Engineering Ltd for a ground floor house extension on our property in New Malden. Ashlee and his team of builders were professional, polite, and always on time. They managed the full construction project from start to finish and kept us updated throughout. The quality of workmanship on the extension and finishing touches was excellent. Ashlee also coordinated all the relevant tradespeople to ensure everything was completed to a very high standard. We’re really pleased with the result and would definitely recommend.

  Service: Block paving driveway installation

  We recently had JW Construction and Civil Engineering install a block paving driveway at our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The team was reliable, professional, and honest from start to finish. Their attention to detail was excellent — every block was perfectly aligned and the finish looks fantastic. They kept us informed throughout the job, arrived when they said they would, and left the site clean and tidy each day.   Drilling of concrete

  Ashlee and his team completed some work drilling up concrete in our front garden so we could plant shrubs into the ground. They were very friendly and did a good job. The quote was also accurate.

  Driveway and patio

  Ashlee and his team did a great job replacing our driveway and patio. They worked through some bad winter weather to get the work done on time and a year later it’s still looking great. His team were very polite. Their communication was also fantastic: they made sure they understood our needs and made thoughtful recommendations from their experience. Would highly recommend.

  New patio

  Had been given JW Construction information by a friend who has previously used their services. Ashley arranged a free consultation to view my work requirements on a day and time that suited myself. Ashley viewed the site, asked questions and suggested what should be done. My patio was completed in a fast time scale with JW Constructions workers ensuring the work area was safe after each day's work. Upon completion all materials were removed and a tidy area was left behind. There are patios then there are JW patios, the pattern of the slabs is stunning. Thank you so much JW Construction.

  Removal of plinth and casting slab

  Small job, I thought would be hard to find a contractor but Ashlee at JWCEE was super helpful and quickly understood what was required. The workmen were straightforward and efficient, I'm very happy with the outcome
