    Small double extension and single level kitchen extension.

    When we were looking for a builder to quote for our work, Jason was very responsive. He organised a site visit very quickly and quoted for the work quickly too. During the whole process of trying to secure a builder and meet tight deadlines, Jason's communication was excellent. Last minute changes to our drawings were accommodated and revised quotes sent out quickly. He kept us up to date with his diary commitments as our planned build start date kept moving due to unexpected events. A great service.

    Jason went out of his way to give me a quotation despite going away for his holiday and managed to fit in the work I needed doing as soon as he returned AND turned out to be cheaper than he’d quoted me. Thanks 👍 Will definitely use JW Construction again.

    Ridge tiles

    Removal of my ridge tiles, clean then up and replace with fresh cement. Jason and his team did a very neat job, arrived when they said they would, very polite, respectful and professional. I would recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them again. Thank you Jason and Gareth

My Name is Jason Whiting trading as J W Construction & Property Maintenance and I have been in the building industry since 1987.


I started out working for my father's roofing company and then went on to qualify as a bricklayer. I also spent a few years teaching at two local colleges, working with young apprentices and teaching them bricklaying.


During this time I qualified as a teacher and also an assessor. Therefore I now have over 30 years' experience in the building sector, covering many different areas within the building industry. We can cover all areas of building which includes the following:
