My roof was leaking and was in a bad state, Billy and his team came in and did a great job, kept me informed with everything, taking photos to show me what was going on,work was clean and tidy.

I had a corner of my flat that I was suspicious about - I knew damp had been an issue there before we bought the flat. I asked JWC to investigate. On his initial visit to scope the job, Billy explained what he'd do if he did find damp, and described the work that it would involve. We arranged a date for the work. Damp was found, and everything was thoroughly cleared and opened up. Billy showed me that the joists had rotted, so they were replaced and braced. Membranes were put down and new wall panels installed. Tidy, clean, quick, professional - I'd recommend JWC to anyone.

Billy and team was superb from the get go. They tackled two rooms with rising damp over six days and made sure we understood the process throughout. Very tidy as they went along. Happy to use then again.

Billy showed up quickly and as promised to quote for the work, and was able to start our job very quickly, which was important to us as we were trying to sell our house and didn't want to interrupt viewings. He and his team completed the partial tanking of a small room, making good damaged woodwork and ensuring a plaster finish to a high standard. Four days straight through, leaving just a bit of painting for us to finish. They were unobtrusive, polite and worked tidily, cleaning up after themselves at the end. We would definitely use them again.
