Fast response, fair price, work of a good standard

Clear, quick communication, came exactly when they said they would, work carried out well and efficiently, left the site tidy, charged less than I expected and would have been happy to pay.

I placed the advert on this site as I am not from the area so do not have the luxury of word of mouth to get a trusted trades person. i chose 3 to 4 gas plumbers but JV Noble were the only ones decent enough to respond . it might be a small job to most companies but its an important job that my son needed doing as he has a family of 4 young children to cook for and my grandson is severley autistic . The communication between myself and JVNoble was clear ,concise and after sending a photo of the rusty old connector pipe, they quoted the job and broke the price down to include the new pipe.
