Jake did an amazing job. He clearly explained everything that needed doing and gave a fair quote. Once booked in he turned up on time and got on with the work! I would definitely use JVM again if ever needed. Can't recommend him enough.

JVM were responsive, prompt and polite. They got on with the job, explained things clearly, and provided before and after pictures. Top quality work at a good price. They also provided recommendations for future work. They removed all moss from my roof, applied treatment, unblocked gutters, laid new felt, and installed hedgehogs.

We contracted JVM twice for work, once for repairing a portion of roof and facia where a section of felt had been damaged, and then later to repoint the roof apex tiles and clear the gutters. Both times, Jake and his assistant turned up on time as expected and kept us informed about the work that they were undertaking and when it was to complete. So happy with the results!

Jake and his colleague presented well, provided good detail of work to be carried out and kept me up-to-date with progress and next steps throughout. The work was thorough and neat and totally transformed the look of the courtyard. Price was very reasonable and would definitely recommend
