I recently contacted Jake for some urgent work on our roof after having a leak. He was able to come out the same day to take a look and complete the work. He was professional, friendly and took photos/videos of the works required to show me so I knew what the issue was before saying yes. I’d recommend JVM home improvements to anyone looking for a reliable tradesman ☺️

Needed to fix guttering which was leaking Jake was very professional and competitive with price they came to do the work on time and cleaned any mess and took away all of the old guttering would highly recommend them to others excellent service

Jake was a good communicator and reliably organised the scaffolding and completed the chimney repair work within a couple of weeks.

He was quick to respond to my query and carried the work out within 24 hours. Very efficient.

Within 50 minutes of submitting my request to a couple of roofers, Jake called and said he could be with me in 2 hours for a quote. He arrived when he said he would and also texted me to advise he was 15 minutes away. While checking where I had lost a roof tile, he noticed another had chipped, the metal flashing was lifting and I had some moss in the gutter, he said he would sort all of that for me. Jake gave me a quote and said he could do the job straightaway which was amazing and a good price. Can’t fault Jake or his service and would 100% recommend.
