Jordan did a fantastic job cleaning and repairing our roof. He was incredibly responsive right from the start, communicating clearly and doing the work in the time agreed. On top of doing a thorough, high-quality job on the main repairs, he went above and beyond by taking care of a few extra bits without any fuss. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and proactive. I would definitely recommend Jordan for any roof work.

We needed some work done to replace the flashing on a chimney stack and it was urgent . Jordan came and soon realised we had damaged and broken tiles that needed replacing as well . He quoted immediately and arrived 3 days later and the work commenced. Jordan is very professional in the way he worked and he kept me in touch with the progress and despite the fact he finished up replacing over 100 tiles and needed to keep buying more tiles he finished on time . I’m happy to recommend this company and would happily use them again .

We were extremely pleased with the work carried out by J Vincent Roofing Limited to replace a flat roof, fascia and guttering. Our dealings with Jordan were always clear and concise, he returned our calls/communications promptly, turned up when expected and was always polite and took the time to explain what needed doing and what had been done. He was able to adapt his work around the constraints of the weather and always left our property neat and tidy. The job appears to have been extremely well done but only time will determine the longevity of the product.

Undertook moss removal and pointed out that the ridge tiles were loose so then I agreed to have the ridge tiles repointed. All work carried out as quoted and he kept in touch with the timetable so I always knew what was happening.

Jordan provided a detailed estimate covering all the works that we had requested, including the removal of all moss from the whole roof, identifying any broken tiles in the process and replacing same, replacing torn roof underlay and also ridge tile repairs, so a complete roof overhaul. All debris was removed and Jordan even cleaned inside our loft following the replacement of the underlay. The work was carried out efficiently and with care and it is covered by a two year guarantee. We would not hesitate to recommend this company.

After a visit and survey from J.Vincent Roofing, the flat roof repair was carried out and finished to a very high standard. The site was left immaculate. I would not hesitate to use this company in the future should the need arise.
