Jack was very conscientious. He took my call after a distressing few days trying to go through the home insurance for a boiler that kept tripping. We knew it was not boiler related as the heating engineer had already confirmed as such. Jack arrived with an open mind, found the fault which differed entirely from the insurers recommendation and the boiler has now worked faultlessly since Jack left. His honesty towards his work was the part that left the largest impression. He could have easily carried out the insurers work for more money, but instead, used his professional judgement. 10/10
