From the first contact John was excellent at communicating. He gave a reasonable estimate for labour and materials and a prompt date to complete the work. Have a time the nught before and updated me keeping to time on the day. He arrived on time with his brother to repair patio lighting. The repair was tricky due to the damage caused in several places by our dog. The work was completed to a high standard and actually looks better than it did originally. Absolutely excellent company, will certainly be using again and would highly recommend.

John and his brother(sorry didn’t know his name) arrived to carry out the work after giving me a quote verbally the day before which I accepted. They were very professional and informative and helpful in all ways. They advised me that the new bulkhead light I had bought wasn’t particularly good and after them showing me the reason why I agreed with them. I asked if they could get a get a more suitable one and they did so immediately from a local supplier and was back within 20 minutes and fitted new light. So very pleased and grateful for their response. Would highly recommend to anyone.
