Waseem was extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. He made the whole process so easy and straightforward, and his attention to detail was excellent. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in their work while also providing genuinely brilliant customer service. We couldn’t believe how great he was and were genuinely impressed with the standard of service we received.
