proprietor attended job site to access work required. Promised to send quote within a few days. When it did not arrive I contacted him, he apologized and stated he would deal with it and send it to me. A few days later still no quote. I advised i would give him to 6pm on Monday 5th Aug to provide quote else assume he was no longer interested in undertaking the work. At the very least this firm could have advised they were no longer in a position to undertake the work, even if they were not interested. This is not the first time a member of Checkatrade has let me down over the years.

He sorted out my flat roof and stopped it leaking. Only charge me 750 did a wonderful job cleaned up afterwards. Very professional and friendly answered all my questions.

James was very communicative and helpful during the quote and at the completion of works. His team (Dieter and Ben) were extremely hard working and very friendly. The roof is now a completely different colour to the sorry state it was in before hand. Chimney repaired, repointed and new pots and cowls added. Would highly recommend.
