  Great communication and punctuality throughout. Mick clearly explained what needed to be done and provided helpful before-and-after photos so we could see the full scope of the work. He also checked in with us afterwards to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. Highly recommended.

  Fast, Efficient and Friendly - Excellent Service

  Really couldn't ask for a better experience from Just Property Care Ltd. A top ridge tile had come loose recently and was in danger of sliding off the roof. I messaged the company late on Sunday evening and they got back straight away and arranged to come round on the Tuesday morning. Michael was extremely friendly and explained what needed doing and set about the task in hand. He took photos so I could see the work had been carried out perfectly. I was very happy with what had been done and it is perfectly fitted again. Would highly recommend this company.

  New Roof Replacement

  We recently engaged Just Property Care Ltd to replace our brand new roof, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. Michael’s team was punctual, professional, and maintained excellent communication throughout the project. He provided daily updates, clearly explaining each stage of the work. He also helped us resolve an issue with proper vent placement, demonstrating both skill and attention to detail. The project was completed to a high standard and the place was left nice and clean.   Quality new hipped roof inc. soffits/guttering/chimney work

  Michael helped us out of a tough situation, offering honest and professional advice after we were pressure-sold poor roofing work. Ultimately we went on to completely redo the roof with him (including new gutters, soffits, and chimney repairs) to a very high standard and at a fair and transparent price. His communication was professional and clear throughout, and everything was left spotless. We're really impressed with our new roof, thank you Michael!
