Justin & Kyra helped design & build me a beautiful new bathroom. They are such a friendly, hardworking and skilled team of trades. They use quality materials & have an attention to detail. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a couple of issues with my 1980s bathroom layout, but they went above and beyond to help solve these. Justin and the team were amazing from start to finish. So reliable, kept me informed and answered all my questions the whole way through. The work is to such a high standard, and we are so thrilled with the end result. A truly amazing family business, run by the friendliest people who do an amazing job! I’ll be using them again for any future jobs.

Very reliable and a very good standard of work. The sink unit I had chosen was extremely tricky to fit but they didn’t give up and worked on it for many hours until it was sorted. Definitely would use again!

Unfinished since Dec. Shower + first wall was done well. The rest not to the same standard. Grouting missing in areas. Expensive tiles uneven on wall. Radiator copper pipes showing. No shaver socket or mirror installed. Wires showing. Sealant missing. Extractor fan not working, causing mould. Was told in December an electrician would come asap! 4 wks no bathroom door. Scrapes along tiles. Overpriced at £650 per visit. To make matters worse, over £800 of our machinery was removed from our garden by Justins collectors. We trusted Justin. Been very patient. No contact from Justin since Dec.

Very professional and polite, can’t fault anything. I would definitely reccomend to anyone looking to have work done.

Justin and his team offer a great service front start to finish. Justin helped with the design/layout of my bathroom providing visuals of the proposed works with materials I had chosen. He communicated with me through updating me on lead times of materials and state date. Installation went smoothly, with the team of engineers on site being very polite and respectful! Overall i am so happy with my Bathroom and would 100% recommend to anyone looking for the full service.
