After a very cold 3 months without downstairs heating, we were starting to despair that no one was going to be able to get our new underfloor heating system up and running. However, Check a Trade connected us with Just Flow Plumbing, Heating & Cooling and we are SO grateful to have found them! They are professional, efficient, honest and friendly, and have honestly worked wonders and done an amazing job: our home is toasty, and the floor feels incredible now, we're so pleased! Can't recommend their services highly enough!

Our problem was a faulty 20+ year-old pump was installed behind the hot water cylinder. We worked out the cost of uninstalling the cyl., replacing the pump or knocking through a wall, & repairing wasn't going to be much different. Josh had a minor delay from agreed date due to emergency call outs after the super-cold weather. Neil got his head down and worked through a complex install. Josh helped as did Ross. Together they got it done. Only minor hiccup was the normal sized tank was too big for the airing cupboard so had to go with a taller compact cylinder. Left near & tidy and working!

Easy to do business with, really responsive and helpful . Very thorough job to remove a potentially very dangerous gas pipe and hob that was installed prior to me moving in. Andy was really friendly and gave some options for further work to future proof the property. Overall satisfied and will use them again.
