I needed to have my TADO thermostat and controller replaced as I was about to rent out my home. The Engineer turned up on time and got to work and quickly realised he had the incorrect parts and went to get the right ones, he replaced it all and while doing the set up realised that what he had been given would not be suitable for my circumstances and took it all away and got yet another replacement - he was really good and talked me through it the work was professional and he could have left me with a totally inappropriate replacement but refused to -I would use them for all my jobs in future

very friendly guy Andy came to service our boiler, very knowledgeable and answered many questions I had about our system

Josh was able to lay some underfloor heating in a bedroom at what was very short notice. His team were all knowledgeable and personable. Very happy with the service received. The works (due to complete tomorrow) to date have been of an exceptional standard.

I had a problem of no hot water. Just Flow Plumbing and Heating , who were suggested by Chekatrade, sent a boiler engineer who arrived on time, was courteous and explained what the problem was after inspecting the boiler, it required 2 parts to be replaced, which the engineer sourced locally, returned, fitted, and serviced boiler. showed me the faulty parts he had replaced and explained why they needed replacing. the whole job took about one and a half to two hours and he left the work area tidy. I am very satisfied with the work that was done and now the hot water and heating work perfectly.
