From the initial contact and quote to the completed works , this team were excellent . They were transparent, straightforward, professional and I have no hesitation in recommending them . They did not try to sell me anything that I didn't need, but when further issues were discovered ( for example broken tiles ) were clear in their explanations and the outcome in terms of cost . Decisions were always mine to make on their advice but at no point was I intimidated or persuaded. The men worked tirelessly , were very respectful towards myself , the property , the neighbours.

We had an aerial mounted to a gable end rake come down in a storm, tearing a hole in the rake and exposing the underlying timber, which we could see had been weakened by moisture build up. Glyn got in contact promptly in response to a quote query and was able to get both the rake and underlying roofing timber repaired within the week, with the actual repair work itself taking only a day. Work was done professionally, with minimal disruption or noise, and lived up to Glyn's claims about the Just Fascias team.

From start to finish, this was a confident and professional job. Glyn called within an hour of me requesting quotes, and visited my property the next day to view the problem and fully discuss options. Nothing was rushed, and a proper quote, we a diagram and description, was supplied and the statement that this could reduce if the work took less time. Completed the same week, by two very pleasant guys who introduced themselves properly and got to work promptly. I was extremely pleased with the result, and Glyn contacted me the following day to review and confirm the cost.

Glyn and his team did a really good job. Communication was always good and timely, and Glyn produced diagrams of the work that had been agreed. All deadlines / commitments were kept. Work done looks nice and professional. It has only rained a little here since the work was completed, but everything looks fine so far with the work done. The scaffolders that JF used were good as well. All teams were courteous and made sure everything was tidied up after they had finished. I would very happily recommend Just Fascias for anybody who needed guttering and / or Fascia work doing.

In 2022 JF replaced the fascias/soffits/gutters on the main section of our 4 bedroom 70s dormer bungalow and did a fantastic job. In Jan 2024 after heavy snow one of the two ageing dormer roof sections started to leak into our new bathroom, panic. I rang JF who came out straight away, inspected the roof and recommended a new rubber roof and changing the direction of fall. A few days later, as soon as the weather improved, the team replaced the roof/fascia/gutters. They were professional, punctual and left everything clean/tidy. We intend to have the second roof section replaced in spring.
