Excellent service from Just Fair. Despite arriving in very poor weather conditions, the team were considerate and professional from the start, even wearing shoe protectors to prevent any rainwater being brought into the house. They repaired our PVC double doors quickly and thoroughly, and provided a 12-month guarantee on the work. They also took the time to explain how to look after the doors going forward, which was really appreciated. Payment was straightforward, with the option to pay by card on site or via invoice afterwards, and they offered to issue a VAT invoice or receipt.

Replace balances in two PVC sash windows. Very good communication. Work carried out quickly at a very reasonable cost. Visited prior to installation to measure up for spare parts.

Explained I didn’t need trickle vents as my windows already have a venting system which I didn’t know about. It’s rare to find people this honest nowadays.
